Empowered Community Network

Empowered Choices begins inside. Our 12-week pre-release course prepares participants with trauma-informed care, life skills, mindset shifts, and personal development. It acts as both a foundation and a soft screening tool for continued support. Partners can sponsor materials, volunteer for sessions, or co-facilitate workshops.

Once released, participants enter our 6-month structured reentry support track, including mentorship, housing navigation, employment prep, and community integration. We walk with them every step of the way. Partner with us to provide services, referrals, job placement, or housing support.

Our Bridge Mentors are trained guides—many with lived experience—who stay connected from incarceration through post-release. They build trust, promote accountability, and model transformation. You can partner by sponsoring a mentor, offering training, or becoming one.

We connect returning citizens to transitional and permanent housing options. Our goal is to establish Empowered Reentry Homes with structure, dignity, and wraparound services. Partners are needed to donate property, fund housing, or provide essential supplies.

We help participants explore careers aligned with their strengths, purpose, and lived experience. Includes resume building, interview prep, soft skills, and career mentoring. We welcome partnerships with employers, trade schools, and vocational trainers.

Reentry is emotional. We embed neuroscience-based healing, group therapy, journaling, meditation, and self-regulation practices into all phases. Behavioral health providers, therapists, and wellness coaches can partner by facilitating sessions or sponsoring access to services.
